Gary Xie leads Kimberly-Clark Baby Care business as the Marketing Director of China Baby Care Category. Being a expert of international brand building and development, Gary deeply understands China market and it’s consumer insights. He drives sustainable and rapid business growth through tailored brand strategy and marketing supports in China.
Gary has 17 years of brand management experience in Motorola, Danone and Kimberly-Clark. In KC he successfully built Kleenex as the No.1 premium tissue brand in China after he took over Kleenex in 2006. In June 2012 he started to chair Baby Care Marketing and soon achieved quick win with strong business growth and enhanced Huggies brand dominance in premium diaper market.
Gary Xie got his bachelor degree majoring in informatics from Nanjing University and EMBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis in Dec 2011.
