Siebe is Agency Director of independent marketing agency The George. In 2014 he opened the Shanghai Branch from which he is overseeing all Asia business. The George, with offices in Barcelona, Milan and Shanghai, develops tools and campaigns that create deep, long-lasting relationships with customers across marketing channels. Companies like Bayer, Nestle and Wall Street English trust The George for their expertise in making global concepts relevant and attractive for a local audience.

Prior to coming to China, Siebe founded an IT-company in the Netherlands and managed the commercial expansion of Google across Sub-Saharan Africa. As their Sub-Saharan Africa Lead he developed new commercial operations in countries like Kenya and Nigeria.
