Jim Lerch is Director of Business Development at Youku Tudou Inc. Jim previously worked for a Seqouia Capital funded IT start-up focused on IPTV ad-sales in China, and prior to that in media planning for media buying agencies in New York. Jim also has several years’ experience in the public sector working for U.S. Department of State and the United Nations.
