Christina Lu has forged her way to marketing leadership at JNJ in China through her proven commitment to innovation and best practice. Having driven strong returns for Kraft, she moved to Unilever’s Shanghai marketing teams during their growth period. Johnson & Johnson lured her to a marketing director role for Dabao, based in Beijing after the company acquired the local firm in 2008. After stints in the US with JNJ as well as leading the Johnson’s franchise in Shanghai, she was confirmed last year as the company’s new China head.
