Introduction

Digital story telling disrupted or fired up by data, technology and Artificial Intelligence?

As we are all embracing precision data and better profiling of consumers, as we design the experience for individuals rather than averages, how do brands really deliver on the true relevance and personalization promise? The answer is we give consumers more choices, better tools and we become brands that understand, listen and adopt for consumers. Advancement of technology, better data connections, and Artificial intelligence through machine learning and natural language processing will bring us one step close to the world of one to one communications. The future UI is no longer a website, or a campaign page, it is an ongoing interactions and dialog, heart to heart.
