Raymond Ye is a seasoned and respected marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands and launching innovative new products in companies such as Coca-Cola, Danone, SC Johnson and Disney.
Raymond is now the head of marketing in Mattel Greater China, the largest toy company in the world. Since his join in 2013, Barbie as the leading doll brand in China continued to outperform. His dedication on Fisher-Price, Hot Wheels, Thomas & Friends has made those brands as the most popular ones among Infant, Pre-school & Boy categories. Under his leadership, Mattel brands are seen growing exponentially in China and reaching millions of new moms every year through both traditional and new digital platforms.
Raymond holds his MBA from Kellogg business school, Northwestern University based in Evanston, IL, USA.
